Foodics Supply operates this website and the Foodics Supply platform. This policy explains how personal data submitted on this website is collected, used and protected, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you provide: name, company, role, mobile number, email, city, and information about your business such as branch count, categories and how you order today. We also record the page you submitted from, your language, and campaign parameters (UTM) where present.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, qualify and route it to the right team, and contact you about the platform. This is the purpose you consent to when ticking the consent box; we do not use form data for unrelated purposes.
Where it goes
Submissions are transmitted securely to our customer relationship management system. They are not sent to personal inboxes, and this website never exposes credentials to your browser.
Retention
Lead data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, and is deleted or anonymised when no longer required, in line with PDPL retention principles.
Your rights
Under PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further contact at any time by contacting us through this website.
